Peek-a-Boo!
My Husband has been gone all week for work, so it’s been just me and the kitties hanging out together. This one, Mabel, has been an extreme brat. Usually when the Husband is gone, she is a sweet little thing who curls up next to me and sleeps til all hours. THIS WEEK, however, she’s been scratching everything and going crazy! National Adopt-A-Cat Month!
The month of June is National Adopt-A-Cat Month! Hosted by the American Humane Association, Adopt-A-Cat Month is all about rescuing kitties that are stuck in shelters! The springtime is prime “kitten season,” which means thousands of new kittens are born without homes or people to take care of them. They will be collected and put in shelters with the millions of cats that are already waiting for their forever homes.
